This type of seamless stainless steel pipe is primarily used in the core components of synthetic ammonia and urea industries. The raw materials are obtained through electroslag remelting, and during production, besides focusing on cleanliness control, special emphasis is placed on the control of heat treatment processes. Currently, products of this kind mainly rely on imports in China.

Our company produces urea-grade stainless steels, including ultra-pure 316Lmod and S31050, two basic grades of steel, both of which belong to ultra-pure stainless steels. They are mainly designed to address the selective corrosion issues that ferrite is extremely susceptible to in an ammonia environment during urea synthesis. In the manufacturing process, our products strictly adhere to standard production procedures, and after Hughes test inspection, they can achieve excellent corrosion resistance indicators. This product also has significant applications in the hydrogen energy industry.
